Natasha is completing her Master of Counselling degree through City University of Seattle. She is passionate about creating a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. Natasha believes that a strong therapeutic relationship provides the foundation for meaningful growth and works alongside clients to explore the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns affecting their well-being.
Before joining Alliance Counselling and Assessment, Natasha gained nine years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in educational and childcare settings. Through this work, she developed experience building trusting relationships, supporting emotional regulation, responding compassionately to challenging situations, and adapting her approach to meet the individual needs of children and families.
Natasha’s therapeutic approach is primarily influenced by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy while also incorporating emotion-focused, person-centred, somatic, strengths-based, and trauma-informed practices. She recognizes that each client brings unique identities, experiences, strengths, and goals to counselling. Natasha strives to provide an individualized and nonjudgmental space where clients can develop greater self-understanding, strengthen their coping skills, and work toward changes that feel meaningful and achievable.
